Free Finals Week GIT Fit Classes

Take a break from studying for finals, and decompress at the Campus Recreation Center (CRC). All drop-in GIT FIT classes will be free from Thursday, December 7 through Friday, December 15. Please remember to bring your BuzzCard with you to all fitness classes, as it is necessary for class check-in. Additionally, classes will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, so arrive early to ensure your space. 

*NOTE: All classes are 60 minutes unless otherwise noted and include time for set up, proper warm-up, cool down, and breakdown. For safety, no one will be admitted into any GIT FIT class after the first 10 minutes–NO EXCEPTIONS. Participation in classes using equipment is limited and will be on a first come, first served basis. Classes may be canceled due to low attendance.
